How we put the security in Security State Bank & Trust

• Multi-factor authentication, including access ID, passcode to access Online Banking.
• Monitoring and alerts for strange activity such as logins from a foreign country or large payments you don’t normally make.
• Ongoing security updates when recommended or required by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).
• Security questions by phone if you call us requesting account information or access.
• Identification in person – while our team strives to know you by name, in certain situations we still ask to see identification such as a current driver’s license.
