Definitions
Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Our affiliates include companies with a SSB&T name; financial companies, such as SSB&T Wealth Management, LLC..
Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • SECURITY STATE BANK & TRUST does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partner(s) include TIB, National Association for credit cards and payroll cards, Deluxe for merchant card processing and SSB&T Wealth Management, LLC for wealth management.
