Loan Officer

JOB DUTIES
  • Accept credit applications
  • Evaluate a potential borrower’s loan application, financial capacity, and credit worthiness
  • Approve or deny a loan request within lending limit
  • Present loan requests to Loan Committee when above lending limit
  • Ensure accurate completion of loan documents and meet compliance standards
  • Monitor the funding of an approved loan
  • Collect on delinquent accounts/troubled debt in portfolio or as assigned
  • Originate diverse portfolio of consumer and commercial loans
  • Community involvement
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • BBA or Business/Banking experience
  • Formal credit training is preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines

JOB DUTIES
  • Prepare loan documents
  • Close loans
  • Provide customer service from application of loan thru loan payoff
  • Prepare vehicle title documents and other collateral documents
  • Prepare disclosure documents for real estate loans
  • Prepare and close in-house real estate loans
  • Prepare, monitor, and file correspondence
  • Prepare loan packages for loan committee meetings
  • Take loan operation meeting minutes
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrate excellent typing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to obtain a Notary Public Commission if not already certified
  • Understanding of various types of loan products and related regulations preferred
  • Working knowledge of loan procedures and documentation preferred
  • Experience working in commercial and real estate loans

Electronic Banking Customer Service Specialist

JOB DUTIES
  • Develop and apply working knowledge of electronic banking products & services
  • Provide support to all areas (Internet Banking/Voice Response, ATM/Debit Cards, Cash Management, ACH and Remote Deposit Capture) in the Electronic Banking Department
  • Activate and approve customer applications
  • Maintenance and manage customer files
  • Adjustments for ACH and card disputes
  • Communication as necessary with vendors
  • Assist in routine daily customer service activities
  • Balance overall functions for the department
  • Provide support to branch employees

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Loan Administrator (III)

  • Monitor insurance coverage on all collateral for the branch
  • Maintain monthly documentation exception spreadsheet
  • Input/Update all financial statement information on credit tracking
  • Verify new loan input and make any corrections
  • Input CRA loans
  • Accept and process loan payments
  • Wait on customers
  • Answer phone inquiries
  • Assist branch personnel as needed
  • Loan maintenance
  • Filing/Scanning/Indexing
  • Build Excel worksheets
  • Cross-train in department
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • College Degree Preferred but not required
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Computer skills are a must
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Loan knowledge preferred but not required

Full Time Teller

  • Greet customers and provide quality customer service
  • Accept and process deposits including commercial deposits, night drop, and mail deposits
  • Cash checks
  • Process change orders for commercial customers
  • Balance cash drawer, vault and ATM
  • Sell Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and Gift Cards
  • Cross-sell Bank products and services
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Ability to handle large amounts of money with speed and accuracy
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. bags of coins
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred
  • 10-key by touch preferred
